How do I make a booking?
Via telephone, emailing us or preferably through our ‘Instant Online’ booking system or Through Our Live chat Platform.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive a welcome email containing all booking and transfer details. You will automatically receive an ‘LT Journey Acknowledgement’ email for the journey(s) you have made.
When will receive my Sales Receipt?
Your Sales receipt will automatically be sent to you after making the booking. if this is payed online Cash Journey The driver will provide a receipt at the time of each Journey Taking place.
How do I find my driver from an airport, port or station?
The pick up instructions will be contained in the ‘Journey Details’ email.
The price include ‘Meet and Greet’ service?
Yes! the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e an Arrivals Hall For Heathrow T245 Costa coffee International Arrivals Heathrow T3 by Whsmith Gatwick Airport Costa coffee North and South Terminal City Airport Costa coffee All other location of pick up will be advised at the time of collection we shall Text all customer for airport collection with the driver details at the time of pick up
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we will track your plane’s progress when it is in the air Send the driver at the collection point at the pick up time requested when make your booking reservation
Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, We are fully licensed. All our vehicles are also insured.
What do I do if I don’t know the postcode?
Send us an email enter all the details you do have and we will try and find the postcode and email you back a quotation as soon as possible.
What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?

Will you meet us anytime of day or night?
Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service for an Instant Booking Request please call us on the phone Number on the site.
Can I smoke in the car?
No UK Airport Taxi Transfers has a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles.

All Our Executive Car Booking Include a Free Bottle of water and in Car Wifi as well. Extra Charges apply for this type of car Request.
Night Rate ?
Peak Rate Apply for all quoted Journey’s online by phone or email Between 23:00 pm to 05:59 am
MPV Six Seater ?
Extra Rate Apply for Bigger Car Types and are quoted for online booking request and phone booking and email booking
Bank Holiday Rates and Christmas Rates ?
Please be Advised Extra Rate apply on all booking request during bank Holiday and Christmas Periods. and will be quoted on our instant online booking system
Child seat and Booster seat ?
Please see link attached for the regulation on taxi and minicabs please be advised we don’t provide child seat for any booking but are more than happy to keep your seat as long as the is a return airport journey booked please see link below what you can copy and paste in your browser.
