You will automatically receive an ‘LT Journey Acknowledgement’ email for the journey(s) you have paid for. You are responsible for checking that the details received to us are correct.
You will manually receive a ‘Journey Details’ email when the journey has been assigned to a driver within 24 hours before your journey take place for journey outside of 24 hours we shall send these asap by SMS or email communication or you can contact us to request it. This will contain the the driver’s telephone number along car make and model. UK Airport Transfers and it Trading business will not pay for any delays in this information been transmitted by SMS and email.
UK Airport Taxi transfers does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredictable delays on route to or from the airport. We will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if you not allowed correct check in time please make sure you check with flight operator or Airport .
You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 2 hours prior to flight departure, however we accept no responsibility for any missed flight due to this.
All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking and medical insurance .
No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport in event of our vehicle break down or car accident and traffic delay we will inform you and keep you updated we shall try and arrange another vehicle from our fleet but will not be able to offer compensation in event if the is delays and we can provided the onward travel.
UK Airport taxi transfers and it partner companies Names does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked please contact our customer services team immediately before journey takin place normally within 24 hours if the driver arrive and it a no pick up we can pursue for payment and this will be advise on the details we hold on your booking records .
Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information.
If your flight has any serious delays please inform us or the driver as soon as possible on contact details on our site so we can adjust this to our work load
We use our own transport wherever possible but do use affiliated and sub contractors drivers to follow are strict policy and procedure

Our prices are fixed price based on the quoted pricing on our live booking system but please do make sure all pick up address and drop off address are correct at the time of a booking request extra fees apply if the a change of journey plan
We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable This will be at No Extra Cost for this
On Journeys collecting from any airport or Seaport Location in the UK UK Airport Taxi Transfers does not charge for the first 45 Minutes from when the plane has landed and depending on the requested pick up time by the customer this apply for domestic arrivals and international arrivals please book in journey based on time to allow to get through custom and baggage reclaim.
Waiting time charges is only applied after the customer requested pick up and time and the 45 minutes free allowance on top of that from when the aircraft has landed it will be charged at £20 per an Hour or 5 for Every 15 Minutes the driver will advise at the time of collection we shall always try and work with all customer to keep the charges within the free time allowance allowed.
All Airport and Seaport Toll are Included in the online Quoted pricing but if it increases driver will advise
Any amendment must be made via an email or by telephone to us to which you will receive an email confirming the amendment. Amendments must not be made with your driver require 24 hours notice urgent request will need to be emailed or phone through
All bookings must be made through the office either via the website, telephone or e-mail. In this way confirmations are sent out and the journey is insured.
We will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided.
If you do not receive an email from us confirming the cancellation, then we have not received it. In this case please call us urgently.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
No Refund if our drivers break down and is involved in an (RTC) were we communicated with a customer at all communication levels but refund request can be requested and will be based on a number fact before our management make a decision and you will be informed by email.
– No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
– No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice provided or afterwards
– All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with our Support Team Via Email to [email protected]

Child seat and Booster seat ?
We can only provide Child seat for 36 month onwards child or a booster seat .
Please see link attached for the regulation on taxi and minicabs please be advised we don’t provide child seat for any booking but are more than happy to keep your seat as long as the is a return airport journey booked please see link below what you can copy and paste in your browser. Heathrow Airport Drop off charges explained ?
Our fixed pricing booking system include the Heathrow Airport drop off charge please be advised if the driver is meeting you at the drop off area and charges increase after the free minutes allowed this will be charged and advised to the customer at the time of pick up and drop off for Heathrow Airport and other Airport were the booking take place. we shall keep the charges to standard charges as munch as possible and will communicate at all levels to keep this in the interest from a cost aspect for customers .
London Congestion charge and ULEZ Charge ?
All our fixed pricing for London Or Collection does not include London Congestion charge and Ulez Charges all charges will be advised at the time of a booking confirmation by online or by email or phone or sms.
