Loudwater is home to many commercial and industrial concerns – a large supermarket in Tesco, the world’s largest supplier of envelopes, an industrial city, a small retail store, and Brewers Fayre, as well as the local newspaper The Bucks Free Press. The M40 passes through the valley near the village and eases access to Eastbound junction 3, which is named ‘Wycombe East’.
Our company is providing services in Loudwater. No matter whether it is Taxi transfers Loudwater or Airport transfers Loudwater. Loudwater was served by High Wycombe to the Bourne End railway line, and the station is located at the bottom of Treadaway Hill. The line and station were closed in 1970, and the old railroad track runs through Fennel Wood. The name of the small village refers to the nearby Wye River, which also flows through High Wycombe. In the manorial records in 1241 the village was referred to as La Ludewatere. The construction of St Peter’s Church, built in 1788, dates back to the Chanel Gothic style added in 1903 and other improvements in recent years, including the new windows.
On London Road, there is a Victorian Palace called Burleigh field House, formerly the stylized glass designer Patrick Reyntiens. There was once a blotting paper mill in the valley and Loudwater had its own railway station on the Wickomp Railway which opened in 1854 and was closed in 1970. Today there is not much to distinguish the village from the urban extension of High Wycombe, although it is located along the London Road. You can still see the 1744 landmark, and there is the traditional village pub ‘The Derehams Inn’ in Derehams Lane. Loudwater has a primary school called Loudwater Combined School, located in Kingsmead Road.
We are providing day and night services in regions of Loudwater and covers all nearby areas with the airport taxi transfers.
